Which life would you rather lead?
Obviously it is better for any dog to be in the trained cycle from the start. However, it is never too late to jump to the other cycle. All dogs respond to positive training. I often hear the comments "I wish I did this with my last dog!" or "Too bad we waited so long to get around to training her."
